Make a booking:

There is a minimum charge, equivalent to a 6 night stay.

To make a reservation at the hotel, check availability by phone or email stating the number of birds as pens vary in sizes. The larger pens/houses are booked quickly, so book early to be sure of having the accommodation you require. 

 

I will then make a provisional booking and will hold for 24 Hours only.  This gives you time to complete the boarding contract and pay your £45 deposit by Bank Transfer, details are on the booking form.  (Other methods of payments can only be made via prior arrangement.)

If I have not received the Booking Form AND the Deposit Payment 24 hours from the reservation request, the provisional booking will be cancelled.

 

Note that your booking is not confirmed until you receive an email formally confirming the guest booking from me.
