BOARDING TERMS AND CONDITIONS

 

Please read these carefully. By making a booking you agree to the following terms and conditions.

Check in/ check out times:

8.30am – 10.00am

CLOSED annually from October to 31st March,

re-opening on 1st April, depending on Avian Flu

When booking, please give me a half hour indication within those times, when I might expect you.  

 

General Conditions

• All birds must be delivered in a fit and healthy condition

• A non refundable deposit is required for each booking. The remaining balance is required prior to collection of birds, by Bank Transfer - any other payment methods by prior negotiation

• There is a minimum stay of 6 nights per accommodation booking, by transfer.

• The dates booked will be the dates charged. If a longer stay is required please contact me by telephone or text to see if this can be accommodated.

• If Birds are collected early, there will be no refund - payment for the full stay will be due, prior to collection.

 

 The price includes

• All feed, grit and fresh water

• Daily fresh fruit or vegetables as small treats in the afternoons

• House and covered run for each family group with clean bedding.

 

The price does not include

• Veterinary treatment, medication and nursing for sick birds. I will ensure your birds are given the best possible care but cannot be held responsible for any feathered guests falling ill, or for loss by death or injury during their stay.

• Insurance for boarding is not included and owners are advised to have their own pet insurance.
